HEBRON – ENTERPRISE ERP MODERNISATION

OVERVIEW:

Hebron is a large-scale trading and distribution organisation operating across multiple product lines with complex procurement, inventory, and project-based operations. APPROACH

Designed and implemented a fully custom ERP solution tailored to Jogaram Group’s internal workflows and business logic. The system automated end-to-end processes including stock and warehouse management, sales and purchase cycles, proof-of-concept (POC) tracking, and project-level budgeting. Advanced workflow automation was built to handle approvals, inter-department dependencies, and real-time financial tracking, replacing fragmented manual and spreadsheet-driven processes.
